How to Export & Re-Export

This only works after your accounting implementation. If you need an implementation please schedule a meeting.

In this article, we will guide you through the process of exporting and re-exporting.

Exporting

Once your exporting is setup you can find the export window under Settings -> Data Export.

This will open the export window,

#1 if this is not set to your correct export type you will need an accounting implementation first. #2 is the department you are currently in and you should be in the correct department before opening Data Export.

#3 select the time frame for the exporting you are doing.

#4 Allows you to group tickets based on provided options, such as Projects, in order to export each project separately if needed.

#5 Allows you to filter by multiple payment types, whether you need to export paid tickets, unpaid tickets, or both.

You can 'Select All' at the bottom left or select individual tickets using CTRL + Left Mouse click. After making your selection, click on the 'Export' button located at the bottom right corner.

If the export was successful it will display how many product lines have been exported. In this case, ticket 24 had 2 product lines.

Exported tickets will display the export date in the general info tile.

The export file will be located where it was set to during export implementation. You can also find it under Settings -> Parameters - Export.

QuickBooks export location and any other accounting export we support is found under the 'Accounting' tab and exports like LeadsOnline or any other law export we support is found under 'Law Enforcement' only accessible for Recycling departments.

Re-Exporting

To re-export navigate to the 'Export History' tab. There you will find all the exports that have been made.

'Undo' will undo the export and allow you to re-export them.

'Regenerate' will recreate the same export with any updated information.

Exports voided with the 'Undo' button will be displayed in red and can be re-exported using the export step.
