If you are not able to open Odin AI Assistant under Help, please contact your sales representative to get it enabled. Please note you will only have the option open Odin AI Assistant on the latest version of Scaleit W8 6.50

What can I use Odin for?

  • My camera isn't working!
    Reconnect your camera simply by asking Odin! No need to call support if your camera suddenly stops working.
    Please note: Odin can only reconnect your camera, not setup a new one
  • How do I delete a payment?

  • I don't see my ticket list/window:

 

  • How do I reconnect my scale? It says it’s disconnected.

  • I want to talk to support:
    You can simply ask Odin to create a support ticket or say you want to speak to a person and Odin will automatically create a support ticket describing the issues you've had so support can assist you already knowing how to solve the problem!
  • My software is running slow

     simply click the "My Scaleit is slow" button in the Odin chat window or say something like "My software is slow" and Odin will automatically speed things up through your database. Odin is equipped with the same tools the support team uses to speed things up when you call in, but it is always available to you no matter that day or time.
